1. Platform Usage & Eligibility

By accessing Parmbh, you agree to these Terms. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract to use our services. Parmbh is an information and awareness platform about bonds.

2. Bond Discovery vs. Execution

Parmbh provides information about bonds and does not give investment advice or recommendations. Parmbh is run by Ever Grow Wealthix Private Limited (CIN U70200RJ2025PTC099659, registered office S-3, Plot No. 70, 71, Mithila Vihar-I, Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017), which works as a distribution partner of Aspero, an online bond platform, and of Nuvama and Trust Securities, whose indicative quotes are shown on partner bonds. Transactions are handled by Aspero, Nuvama or Trust Securities, not by Parmbh. If you ask us to, we pass your request to Aspero or the partner who handles your investment. When you invest through Parmbh, we earn a commission from them, which is included in the price or terms you get from Aspero or the partner; Parmbh does not charge you a separate fee. Parmbh does not accept or hold your money: you pay Aspero or the partner handling your investment directly. We do not act as a stockbroker or execution platform.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during the SSO and KYC processes conducted by our execution partners.

4. Parmbh AI

Parmbh AI answers are generated automatically for education only and may contain errors. You must not treat them as investment, tax or legal advice, and you agree not to enter sensitive personal or financial information into the chat.

5. Limitation of Liability

Parmbh makes no guarantees regarding investment returns. We are not liable for any financial losses, service interruptions, or actions taken by third-party execution platforms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
